Membership Policies
You receive a monthly prescription of specified medication each month. A monthly medical provider visit is required for each month of medication prescribed.
Medications are not included in the membership and are purchased separately and directly from a preferred pharmacy. Prices start at $199/month. Injections are weekly or monthly depending on the membership you choose. A fee is charged to your account at the same time each month. Cancel any time after your membership runs for your final provider visit.
