Christine Hanson Haas MS, LDN, CNS, CPT is a licensed nutritionist and personal trainer, founder & operator of Capitol Contours, the weight loss & body contouring division of The Washington Nutrition & Counseling Group™, a large mental health and nutrition counseling group with multiple locations throughout the Washington D.C. Area & Stellar Labs® Nutrition, a protein shake & supplement company. Christine has served as the Nutrition & Fitness Director at multiple bariatric, plastic surgery, GI, fertility & food allergy centers & contributes to various health publications & media. Christine was also the director of nutrition & a personal trainer at Sports Club L.A® in Washington D.C. (currently known as Equinox®), an adjunct professor of nutrition at Montgomery College and was a nutritionist for Medifast®. Christine is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the American College of Nutrition and her education includes Masters Degrees from the American University in Health & Fitness Management & from The University of Vermont in Nutrition Education. Christine received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and studied dietetics at The University of The District of Columbia.

Toni P. Lattibeaudiere, FNP-C is a thriving nurse practitioner board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners who has specialized in the area of endocrinology for over 10 years. Prior to that, she worked as a registered nurse for 12 years in the areas of telemetry, medical/surgical units, RN clinical documentation specialist and medical and critical intensive care units. Toni attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida and received both her under grad degree in 2007 and her Master’s of Science Degree in nursing in 2012.
As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, Toni is devoted to supporting and promoting self management of many metabolic disorders. Her passion is teaching patients/clients how to manage their diabetes and obesity with sustainable outcomes.
Toni’s ardent conviction is to work with patients/clients collaboratively and ensure that each person is equipped with the necessary knowledge and can confidently take charge of their own health and wellness.

Jay Won Bartlett, NP, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Medically Managed Weight Loss and Aesthetics. Jay Won has over 23 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, starting in Allergy/Immunology and transitioning to concierge Endocrinology and Medically Managed Weight Loss in 2002. In 2005, Jay Won picked up Aesthetics and enjoys partnering with patients to achieve an ideal state of physical and emotional wellness. In 2014, Jay Won returned to full-time academic Endocrinology and fine-tuned her skills in Ideal Hormone Management and the interconnection to sustained weight loss and improved quality of life. When seeing patients for Medically Managed Weight Loss, her goal is to give patients the tools they need to achieve their ideal weight and sustain it lifelong without the use of continued medication. Jay Won graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College at The University of Arizona and had the distinction of graduating Summa Cum Laude and first her class both academically and clinically from the University of Arizona College of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner Master of Science program. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys travelling with her husband and two children.

Eden is a healthcare provider certified in both Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner professions. She is very interested in holistic healthcare and believes that body, mind, and spirit work together to improve one’s overall health. Eden has a Bachelor’s of Nursing from Shenandoah University, a Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Samuel Merritt University, and a Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. As a nurse and a healthcare provider, Eden has worked in different settings and demographics, including pediatric and geriatric populations, which has given her a multitude of experience in delivering comprehensive care. Eden believes in open communication, honesty, and accountability with her clients and is empowered to break the stigma towards mental health/healthcare in our community.
When it comes to what Eden believes is the best recipe for success and upward movement in mental health, she values a holistic and well-rounded approach, such as educating, guiding, and assisting patients within her expertise. As a prescriber, Eden strongly believes and values both medication and psychotherapy working in collaboration for the best mental healthcare of clients.
