Your program begins with a comprehensive medical evaluation with one of our licensed medical providers.

Your provider will review your health history, weight-loss goals, current medications, and available lab work and determine which treatment options may be appropriate for you.

Appointments are available virtually in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, or in person at our Alexandria, VA and Rockville, MD locations.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

CARE MEMBERSHIP
$250/month

Medication not included

Medication is an additional $200–$500/month depending on medication and dose.

For patients who prefer to self-inject at home while receiving structured monthly medical oversight.

Your membership includes:

• Monthly appointment with your medical provider for prescription management, ongoing support, and medication adjustments in person or via telehealth
• Step-by-step guidance for safe at-home injections
• Optional monthly body composition scan and analysis
• Optional monthly B-12 or Lipo shot
