Christine Hanson Haas MS, LDN, CNS, CPT is a licensed nutritionist and personal trainer, founder & operator of Capitol Contours, the weight loss & body contouring division of The Washington Nutrition & Counseling Group™, a large mental health and nutrition counseling group with multiple locations throughout the Washington D.C. Area & Stellar Labs® Nutrition, a protein shake & supplement company. Christine has served as the Nutrition & Fitness Director at multiple bariatric, plastic surgery, GI, fertility & food allergy centers & contributes to various health publications & media. Christine was also the director of nutrition & a personal trainer at Sports Club L.A® in Washington D.C. (currently known as Equinox®), an adjunct professor of nutrition at Montgomery College and was a nutritionist for Medifast®. Christine is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the American College of Nutrition and her education includes Masters Degrees from the American University in Health & Fitness Management & from The University of Vermont in Nutrition Education. Christine received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and studied dietetics at The University of The District of Columbia.

Tayler Young
DNP, FNP-BC
Tayler Young is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, with extensive experience in medical weight loss and a variety of weight loss medications, including GLP-1–based treatments. She has been at the forefront of modern medical weight management since the beginning of the GLP-1 movement and works closely with patients to help them navigate the best medication options for their individual goals, lifestyle, and medical history. Tayler is passionate about helping patients achieve real, sustainable results through personalized care and ongoing support.
Tayler earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Columbia University, where she received the Margaret Eliot Award for professionalism, leadership, and compassion in nursing. Prior to her nursing career, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Virginia.
Her clinical interests include weight management, metabolic health, diabetes care, women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, anxiety management, and preventive care.
