 The Fast Weight Loss Diet with Meal Replacements at Capitol Contours is a safe an effective 850-1000 calorie diet that is high in protein and lower in carbohydrates. It is a very quick, safe and easy way to get started on your weight loss journey. 

You will eat 5 high protein meal replacements such as bars, shakes, soups and over 80 other food choices daily, and a 300 to 350 calorie lunch or dinner. During this time, you will consume between 850 to 1000 calories a day.

Patients on this program are not hungry, although some do prefer to combine this program with our weight loss medications; semaglutide and other recommended appetite suppressants. This is because protein has the ability to balance blood sugar levels which reduces the need to snack. Females lose abut 13-15 pounds the first month on the diet and males lose 20 or more pounds. With medication, weight loss is faster.

GETTING STARTED
To get started on this program, you can make an initial weight loss counseling appointment with the dietitian nutritionist and you can order a month of food here or purchase a month of food in the office. We then recommend you meet with the dietitian nutritionist for weight loss counseling weekly the first month and monthly thereafter. If you choose one of the weight loss medications you will also meet with the medical provider weekly the first month and monthly thereafter.

PRICE
The cost of this program is $390 a month for a program guide and 140 meal replacements. An initial visit and weekly visits the first month and then monthly thereafter with our preferred dietitian nutritionist is recommended. Visits with the dietitian nutritionist are not a part of this cost, however may be covered by your insurance. If you choose semaglutide with this fast weight loss diet with meal replacements the cost is $890/month. If you choose other appetite suppressants this fat weight loss diet with meal replacements the cost is $590/month.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
 In addition to dietitian nutrition visits which will most likely be covered by your insurance plan and the fast weight loss diet meal replacement food,  we also offer nutrition testing including metabolism testing with our top of the line metabolism testing device to assess how efficient you are burning calories and micronutrient testing to assess if you are deficient in vitamins and minerals. We also offer B12 and B12/Lipo injections to assist the weight loss process.
