Our GLP-1 prescription program delivers safe, effective, and sustainable weight loss with a variety of GLP-1 medications to help reduce appetite, improve blood sugar control, and boost metabolism. With medical supervision, patients can achieve long-term weight loss results.

What’s Included in the Program

Initial Medical Appointment — $300

A 30-45 minute comprehensive evaluation, including assessing your health history and analyzing your lab work and body composition with one of our medical providers to prescribe the best GLP-1 medication for your needs. Our providers can meet with you virtually in Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland or in person at our Alexandria, VA, Ashburn, VA or Rockville, MD Clinic.

– Comprehensive consultation with our medical provider
– Bloodwork and EKG review
– Prescription for GLP-1 and other medications
– Personalized meal plan booklet with recipes, shake ideas, and nutrition tips
– B-12 Lipo injection (optional)
– Body composition scan /evaluation (optional)

Monthly Injections Membership Plan— $250/month (billed monthly)

Our monthly membership plan ensures continuous care and tracking throughout your GLP-1 treatment, with ongoing support, monitoring, and personalized adjustments as needed. Our medical provider will perform monthly GLP-1 injections and teach your how to inject so you can inject on your own weekly.

– Monthly follow-up appointments and injection with our Nurse Practitioner (in person or via telehealth)
– Monthly B-12 Lipo injection (optional)
– Monthly body composition evaluation on our advanced body fat scale (optional)

Weekly Membership Plan— $350/month (billed monthly)

Our weekly membership includes comprehensive monitoring and support throughout your GLP-1 treatment. You’ll receive in-office administration of your weekly injections along with ongoing dosage adjustments and personalized guidance to help you achieve the best results. All of your GLP-1 injections will be administered by your medical provider.

– Monthly follow-up appointments with our Nurse Practitioner (in person or via telehealth)
– Weekly follow-up appointments and injections with our LPN or medical provider
– Monthly B-12 Lipo injection
– Weekly body composition evaluation on our advanced body fat scale

💊 Medication prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy or our preferred pharmacy will deliver the medications to your house. Medications  are billed separately. Price depends on the type of medication  and dose but may be covered by your insurance, we will help with insurance pre-authorizations. A membership is required for each month of medication prescribed. Medications may cost $200 – $699 each month depending on the type of medication and/or dose.
