What’s Included in the Program

Initial Medical Appointment — $300

A comprehensive evaluation, including assessing your health history and lab testing to ensure your GLP-1 treatment is safe, effective, and tailored to you

– Comprehensive consultation with our medical provider
– Bloodwork and an EKG if necessary (repeated every 6 months)
– Prescription for GLP-1 and other medications sent to your preferred pharmacy or one of our partner pharmacies
– Personalized meal plan booklet with recipes, shake ideas, and nutrition tips
– B-12 and Lipo injections
– Body composition scan on our state-of-the-art body fat scale

Monthly Membership Plan— $250/month (billed monthly)

Our monthly membership plan ensures continuous care and tracking throughout your GLP-1 treatment, with ongoing support, monitoring, and personalized adjustments as needed

– Monthly follow-up appointments with our Nurse Practitioner (in person or via telehealth)
– B-12 and Lipo injections at each visit
– Monthly body composition evaluation on our advanced body fat scale

Weekly Membership Plan— $350/month (billed monthly)

Our weekly membership includes comprehensive monitoring and support throughout your GLP-1 treatment. You’ll receive in-office administration of your weekly injections, along with ongoing dosage adjustments and personalized guidance to help you achieve the best results.

– Monthly follow-up appointments with our Nurse Practitioner (in person or via telehealth)
– Weekly follow-up appointments with our LPN
– B-12 and Lipo injections once a month
– Weekly body composition evaluation on our advanced body fat scale

💊 Medication costs are billed separately; $400 -599 for 4 -12 weeks of medication depending on type and dose but may be covered by your insurance. We will help with insurance pre-authorizations
