Capitol Contours Founder and Owner Christine Hanson Haas has over 18 years of experience as a licensed nutritionist and personal trainer in Maryland, Virginia & Washington, D.C. Christine is also the Founder of Stellar Labs® Nutrition, a LowFODMAP protein shake, bar, and supplement company. Additionally, she is a Global Director with Optavia® (formally known as The Medifast Weight Loss Program). Christine has served as the Nutrition and Fitness Director at multiple bariatric surgery centers, primary care, GI, fertility, food allergy, and plastic surgery physician offices in the Washington DC area.
Christine also owns a multi-specialty nutrition counseling & mental health practice called Washington Nutrition & Counseling Group, with numerous registered dietitians, psychiatrists, psychologists & counselors operating over telehealth and at four convenient locations in the DC Metro Area. Her job is to teach you how to eat a balanced meal, how many calories, carbs, etc. Can you do this on your own or by looking on the internet? Yes. But apparently, people haven’t. Her job is to tell you how to put together a decent meal, what’s beneficial and not, and have you check in for accountability.

They accept my insurance, the practitioners are qualified, and I have never had problems with scheduling, billing, customer service, etc. I have also been treated well during the current Coronavirus pandemic.
