Christine Haas, MS, LDN is the founder and operator of Washington Nutrition and Counseling Group, a mental health and nutrition counseling practice with locations throughout the Washington DC area. She also owns and operates Capitol Contours Medical Weight Loss & Body Contouring Center and is the creator and founder of Stellar Labs®, easy to digest high protein shakes, electrolytes and supplements and is the author of 3 meal planning weight loss books. Christine holds 2 masters degrees in nutrition and fitness, has served as the Nutrition and Fitness Director at multiple bariatric surgery centers, primary care, GI, fertility, food allergy, and plastic surgery physician offices in the Washington DC area and is also a regular contributor to various health and wellness publications and media.
Christine’s Diet System meal plans have been used in her practice for over 15 years. They have since been modified to help patients lose more fat wieght than muscle, and decrease side effects of the GLP-1 medications such as Trizepatide, Semaglutide, Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and Mounajaro. The Contoured Diet consists of 4 different calorie levels of heart healthy, high protein, moderate carbohydrate meal plans and recipes designed to help you consume the right amount of nutrients to lose fat weight, support lean muscle, and help prevent and eliminate nutrition related conditions.

This app features all 4 of the Contoured Diet diet plans in addition to a VLCD Fast Weight Loss program designed around meal replacements to help you jump start your goals and keep the weight off for good! You can also track your foods daily using the large data base of food options or scan your favorite grocery store items. The meal plans, meals and recipes can be viewed on the app, you will also receive a meal plan daily through email and/or text and/or they can be downloaded into your meal tracking system at any time.
Getting Started
Your dietitian nutritionist will assess the amount of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates you need to reach your weight loss goals at your first visit, then assign one or more of the 4 featured meal plans and/or the VLCD Fast Weight Loss Program. We recommend you follow the meal plans and/or use the meal tracker feature to track your food daily to ensure you are meeting your weight loss goals. You will be able to track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your providers
